“I work on a farm called the Ferme de Montroc, where we make our own cheese every day; hard cheese, Tomme de Montroc, and creamy cheese. We supply 4 supermarkets and 12 restaurants in the Valley on a weekly basis. Following tradition, the cheese is both made and consumed in the region.

I’d always been attracted by the Chamonix Valley – admittedly, I lived just the other side of the border,  in the mountains too. Here, we have a farm in the middle of the woods and we’re really happy living here with our animals. If you look around, there are plenty of lovely walks to do – we take the cows with us.  “

“My home really is my corner of paradise. With the farm, the animals and the windows opening out onto the mountains, this place has all I need for my well-being. “
